"30, flirty and thriving!" which now that I think about it is a pretty ridiculously offensive phrase to base the film's opening off of in the first place. I wouldn't watch it again though, it's not that good! ;) except maybe the "Thriller" dance. Coincidentally, I just saw 13 Going On 30 which actually was pretty good (if you completely ignore the movie’s awful stereotypes and cliches) if I do say so myself.

I actually had a completely different take on it; I read it in part as an attack on feminism — at least the idea of feminism as a career-oriented movement (which is the prevalent view of it).
