First time i’ve had it and it was, as everyone has been saying, really good. Very, very rich but I just have to remember to go easy on the spread next time. But now I just want to make a crepe. For breakfast. Maybe with some fresh fruit. The one and only time I had a crepe was in 7th (10th, now that I clear the cobwebs) grade French class where our teacher had a bunch of these auto mini-crepe makers that you literally dip the heat-surface onto the batter and it didn’t look nearly as awesome as doing it by hand, but it did the job. After watching that, now I just want to get a big-ass heat-pan and practice that twirling motion so I can make some gigantic crepes.
