					<description>That's one of the things I like best about the intergroup dialogue program -- because it "pits" two historically opposed power groups against each other, each side really has the chance to &lt;i&gt;listen&lt;/i&gt; to each others' stories and to really learn from one another. The things you can read in books or hear in seminars are still distanced from your own experience, but when it's up close and personal and coming from the mouth of one of your coworkers, it's a lot less easy to just tuck away and ignore.</description>
